FREE 30 minute initial consultation.

We offer private one-on-one training for men and women of all ages and fitness abilities. Come in for a single session or book a whole program. We offer 1, 4, 8 & 12 week programs.

​​Programs are based on a 3x/week schedule and each session is 1 hour. However, we understand that this may not be suitable for all, and will work with you to design a program that best suits your needs.

Each program includes weight-training, cardio counselling and program design plus a nutrition plan for healthy eating and supplementation habits.

Our goal is long-term, successful, lifestyle changes for our clients.


Full-Body resistance training (weights) combined with consistent, high-intensity cardiovascular training, balanced nutrition, and selective supplementation, will produce noticeable results. **
