- Body Composition Testing
At ProActive, we utilize the CALIPER PINCH type of Body Composition Testing:
- This test works best on people who are at their healthy weight range or just slightly over. It is accurate within 3-5%. The heavier you are, the less accurate it becomes, however, it will give you a fairly accurate percentage of fat lost between tests. For program participants, tests are conducted at the beginning and end of your programs. **
Body Composition Tests measure your Lean Body Mass (also known as Fat Free Mass) and your Fat Mass. This is an essential test to accurately track your progress. It is also used to design a nutrition program unique to you.
