Facilities
We provide private training to men and women in our 1000 square foot studio. Our studio is fully equipped with commercial grade gym equipment. It is heated/air-conditioned and has a washroom with a shower.

We also offer the only Hydrostatic Body Composition/Weighing System in Abbotsford. This is the gold standard for fat and muscle percentage testing and is the test upon which all other methods are based.

Note: While we have full training facilities available, if you prefer, we can train you at your home using your own equipment. Add .50 cents a km for this option.

Philosophy
Full-Body resistance training (weights) combined with consistent, high-intensity cardiovascular training, balanced nutrition, and selective supplementation, will produce noticeable results.

Each session is 1 hr. and programs are based on a 3x/week schedule. However, we understand that this may not be suitable for all, and will work with you to design a program that best suits your needs.

Both Body Comp Tests measure your Lean Body Mass (also known as Fat Free Mass) and your Fat Mass. This is an essential test to accurately track your progress. It is also used to design a nutrition program unique to you.
