Barry and Jana are
Certified Personal Trainers with ACE (American Council on Exercise)
since 2001. They also hold certification in Weight & Life-Style
Management and St. John's Ambulance 1st Aid. Barry is a
Body-for-Life Champion (1999), and both Barry and Jana have coached
two Abbotsford residents to BFL Championships as well. Eddie
MacDonald was the 1st runner up in his category in 2001. Angie Wiebe
was the Grand Champion in her category in 2002.
